Any WAK-O custom fitted product that has been tailored to fit the customer cannot be returned. We ask you to supply your exact measurements so any sizing issues due to wrongfully supplied measurements are
not our fault. However, to be safe you can book an
appointment for fitting at the studio or wherever is most convenient. If there are ever any issues with our design features on the products, we offer a free repair service.

To receive a full refund on any non-custom WAK-O or Vintage
/ Streetwear pre-loved products will have to be returned within 10 days of
receiving the item (delivery charge is non-refundable). Any returns after 10 days are non-refundable. All items must have the WAK-O tags attached or the
product will be non-refundable.
